But downloading the videos from YouTube for offline use isn’t always allowed. Downloading videos is also considered a violation of  YouTube’s Terms of Service, unless the video streaming site has explicitly granted permission to download a particular video.

Step 1: Download the 4K Video Downloader application

Step 2: Copy the YouTube videos URL

The next step is the easy. You need to find the YouTube video, which you want to download and copy its URL from the address bar at the top of your browser window. With the URL loaded in your clipboard, you can close the tab or window of the video.

Step 4: Download your video
